"The 2008 Showcase Home is underway! This custom, one story home will house the latest energy saving and decorating amenities in less than 2,300 square feet of heated living area, which providing generous living space for a growing family. Featuring a separate master suite, study, formal dining, and two additional bedrooms, this home will open this October for a two week showing.

The Showcase Home is located on a spacious corner lot in one Fort Smith's most desirable subdivisions, Willaimson Place by Riley Farm, on the city's southern edge.

The Supervising Contractor for the Sowcase Home is Rocky Walker of Cobblestone Homes. Rocky is a second generation local builder and has established Cobblestone as one of the leading home building firms in west central and northwest Arkansas.

Over thirty members of the Greater Fort Smith Association of Home Builders will become involved and provide the latest innovcations in building materials, new products, and services for this project.
